These guys are awesome the food was hot and fresh, and I truly appreciate that, you always wonder if it will be like if you ordered it there and they follow thru! Plus, the app makes you pay for BBQ Sauce Dip Cup or Ranch and they were so generous with im glad cause that adds up!

The tacos should've had a fistful of lettuce vs 10shreds. The bonus jack was a HUGE disappointment as a double burger & from its origination years back

Food was hot and beautifully packed, with a plethora of condiments. Really like the ability to add extra tomatoes or bacon to my burger. Was very sad to see the tacos are no longer available. I am hoping they come back soon! Keep up the great work, Jack! You are making my pandemic isolation tasty and comfortable (except for those missing tacos!)

I was charged extra for substituting my order for Curley fries instead of hash brown and got hash brown substituted coffee for Diet Coke and got regular Coke they clearly don't pay attention but have no problem charging you extra
