My food was excellent, hot and fresh the new saucy nuggets are the best. The service is much better they are trying and I see it. Awesome

3 pc. Tenders Combo were small and stringy. Mac & Cheese was dehydrated and likely reheated from day before. Wrong drink. Overall bad experience. Won't order again.

I am very disappointed with my recent KFC order. The four-piece chicken combo I received was far from fresh; the chicken was dark and tasted horrible. Furthermore, the breading had a waxy, oily flavor, which suggests the fryer oil may have been reused too many times. I expected much better quality than this.

Ordered the (6) piece  $20 fillup Chicken was terrible and greasy soggy , skin falling off chicken . Has a burnt gassy taste. Asked for macaroni and mashed potatoes and gravy for sides received corn instead of macaroni . will not order again

I bring home KFC often but just started a new job and I am exhausted so I ordered DoorDash to deliver. The driver is at no fault in the food quality as he was as quick as I would have been doing it myself.  
The chicken tenders were dry and cold. These were not fresh by any means. They were also smaller than in the past. Perhaps from lack of moisture? 
We were also missing honey for the biscuit. Do you not put this in automatically? There was no option to choose it when I ordered. Not thrilled with our dinner. 
I ordered a chicken pot pie for my husband's lunch tomorrow. Hopefully it is tasty.
