The Vietnamese Udon is so good, the broth is silky and the noods are smooth. Adorable little eggs and really nice flavors, nothing overpowers anything else though I wish there were more onions and herbs and whatnot as toppings because they are delicious. Also I will add spicy sauce next time. The tacos are also super good, they are pretty substantial in size and taste wonderful and the flour tortillas-saucy beef-fresh herbs & veggies combo is all bright and sweet and tangy and savory at once. The Chinese broccoli was pretty good.

The Crispy Garlic Chicken is good the protion size is perfectly filling. The Spring Saigon Rolls I wish the spring Saigon Rolls had a different lettuce the one used really ruins the flavor of the spring roll. Also wish the wonton wrapper inside was longer to enjoy with entire freshness of the spring roll. Over all still really good! Will be back to order again :)

Saigon House has the best Thai and Vietnamese food in Tacoma. The food is fresh and flavorful. the Pad See Ew and Crispy Garlic Chicken are my favorite items there. the Pad Se Ew has Chinese broccoli and thick, chewy noodles and the garlic chicken has the best texture and a delicious sauce.

expected better , judging by the reviews . But the pho was wayyyy too sweet . Was not worth the price . Had only 5 small pieces of the calamari ! and the peanut sauce was watery.
