Noodle bowl was large portions and fresh ingredients. One picture how is was delivered and packaged with the salad fixings under the noodles. The other picture is it all mixed together.

Big portion as always. The veggie comes with the S1b. Vietnamese Spicy Noodle Soup With Pork Feet / Bún Bò Hủế Giò Heo is fresh like when my mom cooks at home. It will taste better if you add a bit more fish sauce.
The N1. Phnom Penh Noodle Soup / Hu Tieu Nam Vang is good too. Wish they have vietnamese tonghu for the veggie. My favorite restaurant in Stockton, so definitely would order again.

Big portion, fresh basil and bean sprout come with the N7. Beef Stew Noodle Soup / Hủ Tieu Bò Kho. I feel so full after eating whole bowl.
The R3. Grilled Pork / Cơm Heo Nướng comes with the small soup on the side.

The V9. Grilled Shrimp & Pork / Bún Tôm Heo Nướng tastes pretty good even though the shrimps bit small.
My gf loves The P2. Well Done Steak, Flank, Brisket, Tendon, Tripe Porridge / Cháo Thập Cẩm Bò whenever she is not feeling well.

My favorite place for vietnamese cuisine. Love their pho and combo fried rice with veggie broth. Everything arrived well packed and portions are never skimp.
