• 12/23/22the roast pork was very overdone and watery- appeared boiled and not roasted. I ordered extra spicy wontons and there was no spice at all. Not to mention the woman at the front counter was not friendly at all and made me wait abnormally long to give me my bag that was clearly just sitting there. for $22, totally not worth it.

• 1/19/25Egg rolls were cold and the chicken and broccoli was Luke warm. Usually I have no issues with Kai Li. I ordered early and specified a later specific time to be delivered. The restaurant apparently cooked the meal early and gave it to the driver early. The driver came right to my house yet the food was not hot.
