ordered a gigantic hand tossed premium half and half. The crust was so thin, it felt like I was just eating cheese and toppings. There was absolutely no balance. The ingredients seemed fresh but lacked flavor. Overall 3 out of 10.

Large build your own / Cheese is delicious as always. But the Zeppo Wedges (12 oz) were a let down. These arent wedges, they are over cooked potato curls and not worth the money. Zeppole Original is good, but the Chocolate dip they give is extra bitter and pungent.

I have always rated them higher but pizza crust was soggy and doughy. There was barely any sauce on the meatball sandwich and they did not include the extra marinara for dipping that I requested and paid for. A forty dollar disappointment for someone who had been loyal customer. Can they win me back?
