• 10/3/26The Bangladeshi-style mutton biryani was very good. The flavor was rich and well seasoned, and I liked the presentation, especially the onion garnish.
I was not happy with the portion size for the price. At restaurants in Seattle and Spokane we usually get a fuller plate for similar money, and this felt way smaller. They should make the portion full for what they charge. I would still order it again for the taste, but the size needs to match the price.

• 7/23/26The Beef Tehari ONE POUND was fragrant with tender meat, while the Veggie Samosa (TWO per order) was delightful with every bite! I enjoyed the Carrot Haluya, which had a more subtle sweetness. Overall a positive experience!

• 6/29/25They're always consistent in taste and portion sizes. You can tell the use good, fresh ingredients. the garlic naan bread is AMAZING.I always get the the five stone cooked because its just that good and provides easy snacks for later.

• 1/3/25 I ordered the Mutton Biryani Meal. Hardly any meat mostly bone. Mostly rice and a salad not even half way filled in the container. Looks good in the picture but not enough if you're hungry. Stick to the butter chicken. Price not worth it. 26.14. Not really tasty, lacked spices.

• 9/7/24My Mattor Paneer was very good and the paneer pieces were a good size & generously added, but the veggie Pakoras with tamarind sauce are my favorite item from Mela's. This time my husband & I got the "bulk" one pound orders and I made basmati rice. His Chicken Tikka Masala was also excellent. The only thing--I wanted mild so I didn't add any heat, but this was a mistake. My entree had no spicy kick, not even a tiny one. So the next time, I'm going to order the first spice step. Still, everything was yummy and we loved having leftovers.
