Seems because what I ordered which was a buy one get one free made the restaurant very busy and I feel the chicken was rushed because the breading was soggy when it should have been crispy and I ordered spicy chicken and what I received was regular chicken. This is the first time for this kind of issue but I will continue to order from there. It was disappointing I guess.

Good, crispy, and juicy. Always liked the biscuits too, Mac and cheese was also very cheesy and good. And the cinnamon on the apple pie was a nice touch.

Everything tasted great. The classic chicken sandwich was really good and flavorful. It was crunchy but also soft at the same time. The mac and cheese seemed a little clumped, but that's okay. The Ghost pepper wings were great as well, not over cooked in the slightest, but I just wish I got the extra Buffalo sauce I had paid for.

8pc Butterfly Shrimp was just regular, it was not butterflied. 3Pc Signature Chicken tasted greasy and tasteless. I used to love their Classic chicken seasoning, a little mild spice. now, no seasoning. disappointed.
