I've been in-person many times but hadn't ordered their Gối Cuốn Chay (2) since those are available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Le's are very good! Well wrapped generously with fresh fillings. I love their peanut dipping sauce, much more flavorful and a little thinner than others, so the liquid gets in all the nooks and crannies. I would say theirs are my favorite in the general area.

Best C. Beef Phở in the area. The round eye is meticulously sliced, the veggies are cooked to perfection (added to order), the broth is delicious, & the tender tendon is the reason I order it from here.

This is my favorite pho in Everett. I get the pho V. Phở Chay - Veggie Pho and add chicken. The prices are great, and the value is there. A small lasts me 2-3 meals!

I had the beef pho and fresh passion fruit juice - both were delicious! Their broth is way better than most other places and portions are generous. I got a small and still have leftovers. Will definitely order again!
