the second to last time i ordered 4 of the chocolate chip cookies, I received the Oatmeal everything that were on special. They were tasty, but not what I ordered. The last time I ordered mini cookies. Also choc chip. They were hard as rocks. literally could not break them in half. Very disappointing.

The Reese's peanut butter cup cookie didn't have any Reese's peanut butter cups on the top of it and it was supposed to. So it was just a peanut butter cookie with a blob of peanut butter and some chocolate drizzle. Very disappointing

The customer service is nonexistent. No greeting, no order checking, and it always takes an hour. Cookies are always good, but the service is bad.

Crumble cookies have the best cookies ever !! They are soft when u taste them I would highly suggest trying !! And I will me trying them again !! 🍪
