#16 CLUB LULU® is my go to, but I won't order through the DD app again. You can't customize and add some items (extra lettuce, for example, or how much of a condiment like mayo/mustard), and that's a big thing for me. Food was okay, no other issues, just don't see paying more for less. Convenience has its cost for sure

Maybe a new employee or ordering at a busy time. But second consecutive evening in which my order was not made correctly. I requested (salami and onion) add ons for my Turkey Tom and did not receive it. The day before no Turkey on my Turkey Tom. Also did not receive the onion add on. I really like Jimmy Johns when the order is made correctly.
