• 5/31/26Had the most disappointing meal. The sub was hard and dry. The pesto pasta was really sour, luckily the portion was so small that I didn't feel bad throwing it away. The cookie was good tasting but was very broken when I opened the plastic. It was definitely this JJ because I have never had an issue with this company before.

• 7/30/25Just a huge piece of bread with poor fillings in my GIANT #15 CLUB TUNA® which was also really expensive. I wouldn't have minded the price if the Tuna tasted delicious but it was just bland.

• 6/4/23I ordered a J.J.B.L.T. and one of the bread options is wheat but what they don't tell you is they don't actually have a wheat sub option for subs. So instead of getting a sub they made me a sandwich. The sub alone was $10 and the sandwich looked like it was worth $4. Don't understand the option for a bread they don't actually have.
