• 6/18/26I love their #10, I get it every time. Roast beef is so tender, and I love the chili's they put on it. Try it, if you like roast beef, you'll love this sandwich.

• 8/25/26$1.99 for a side of Avocado Spread. Yeah. That is what I ordered. What I got? Is maybe a smidge. I can understand if it was a part of the sandwich put on the side. But this was a menu item ordered. I've sneezed more out of my nose than this. It is not even halfway filled of a condiment cup. I am really disappointed. I am not one of those who complain. But I kinda found this disrespectful.
Be better. Do great. If you hate your job, then quit. Don't take it out on your customer.
Jimmy John's is great.

• 3/29/26This is third time Jimmy John has left something off my order. I am very disappointed with them, they used to be amazing. Thankfully DoorDash has fixed the missing items, but I don't think we will be ordering from there again.
