The 3 Piece White Plate was scrumptious! The outside of the chicken was just the right level of crispy (it always is) and the inside was juicy and tender; very flavorful! The slice of bread that comes with it is PERFECT for this meal! The potato salad was really good and those baked beans were LIFE! Good quality food/service and everything arrived hot and ready to eat!

So the chicken is actually incredibly delicious and fresh! I'm not too thrilled with how expensive menu items are, and small size of the side items. I'm all for the biodegradable boxes, way to go there. However, beans and coleslaw, among other sides dont travel well in those containers.

Never had Gus's chicken before, so I deciced to order the 8 Piece Snack. For the price charged for these 8 pieces, I was expecting a joyous dining experience. The flavor was good, but the chicken was dry. The thigh pieces were so dry and had so little meat on them I thought they were back pieces at first. Definitely not worth the money or a second purchase.

First time ordering I have heard about you guy's and now I see what I have been missing out on.
I was very impressed everything was absolutely delicious 😋!
The mac-n-chz & green's tasted almost as good as my grandmother’s! Next time I will order larger sides...

the only good thing about what we ordered was the coleslaw. good flavor and texture but $3.00 for a portion in a container that may have held 2 oz is a ripoff.
the Fried Green Tomatoes were over fried, and the tomatoes were mushy. no flavor except grease.
4 Tenders Plate the tenders were over fried, chicken was dry but the coating was greasy. the beans taste like they came out of the can, the macaroni and cheese was creamy, but no flavor.

the chicken breast just like the rest of the chicken.
the Sweet Tea for $4.10 was a ripoff. not even the size of a McDonald's medium cup.
if you're looking for a good meal this ain't it. if on the other hand you like terrible food, this should make you very very happy.
