Having just visited Cuba for the first time last month, I was really craving some authentic dishes. The Ropa Vieja did not disappoint! Absolutely delicious and very generous portions, I even had some leftovers for the next day. The meat was tender, and I especially loved the dipping sauce for the plantains! The flavors briefly took me back to the fond memories I made from Trinidad to Viñales. Truly grateful to have found this gem in Portland. Will definitely return to try some other plates!

Masas de Cerdo Fritas and Sandwich de Plátano were both very tasty with generous portions. Our new favorite Cuban spot in town!

Hands down the best Cuban Sandwich you’ll find in the area—packed with flavor, served in a generous portion, and definitely something I’d order again.

The food is delicious! Highly recommend ordering, it was some serious comfort food. The Pan con Bistec was amazing as was the Ropa Vieja. My only piece of constructive feedback is that my Pan Con Pan con Bistec is said to come with sweet plantains - there was only a single one for each plate. Really wish they included more or had an option to purchase it a la carte. I'm always craving sweet plaintains so it's a big bummer.

Absolutely love this, hearty and tasty-- nostalgic like abuela's recipe. The slaw/salad that comes with it is amazing as well as the tostones (fried plantains).
