Spicy chicken sandwich was good. always is, that why i gave a 4 star. The fries were not fresh and cold

Food was cold, the only thing that was actually warm was my Cinna ® Pull-Apartmon. No lid for my drink, which wasn't a biggie bc I probably could have got another size. But spending over 10 dollars they could have at least put it in the microwave and warmed it up

Salad did not have the pecans or blue cheese and, no salad dressing was sent.
Paid for cheese on the chili and that was not there.
This is the second time this store has messed up my order.
