I gave this restaurant a 5 star rating for the Fufu Okro Fufu Combo(Egusi or Okra or Vegetable Soup) with Fish. The soup and the Fufu were hot and fresh. The Fish was delicious. Oh my gosh. I only order from here and they did not disappoint. II was amazed on how delicious it was.. very very yummy. I appreciate that. It has been awhile since I ordered but whew it was well worth it ordering again. I pray that they keep up the good work ... I Loved my order. :-)

This time I got the Any Soup (Only) without Meat with the Edinkanikong and it was DELICIOUS!! Fresh and very flavorful. And a good portion. Also got the Pounded Yam and the Jollof with the fish, my 2 go-tos. Delicious too and will have enough for 2-3 more servings.

I feel so lucky to have found this restaurant. They responded kindly to my request for half okro soup and half ofada sauce. They put it in the same bowl and the results were tastier than I could have ever imagined!! Will definitely be ordering Fufu Combo(Egusi or Okra or Vegetable Soup) the same way again and again. Kind service, great portion, fresh and delicious food! Love it!!!!

Full disclosure -- I've been rewatching Bob "hearts" Abishola and all the food scenes finally got to me. :-D))). I love Nigerian food but haven't had it in a while. So I ordered the Peper Soup(Goat or Fish or Chicken) with Goat, the Pounded Yam, and Jollof Rice Combo with fish. First let's start with the packaging -- the soup and food containers were wrapped tightly in plastic. And the food was nice and steaming hot. The yam was also in plastic wrap and in a smaller container. Next, portion -- the portion sizes were great. I already knew that by getting 2 entrees I would have a few meals out of it and yes that will be the case. Next, FLAVOR -- log that Pepper Soup was sooooo delicious and spicy!! The broth was just soooo good. I love that west African pepper spice (I forget the name but my cousin's friend is Nigerian and gave her some and it has such a distinct and delicious flavor in addition to the heat). And the heat doesn't linger or burn the mouth the way scotch bonnet does. The goat meat was delicious and there were a good amount of pieces in it. The jollof rice was delicious too and so was the fish (I added a little salt to mine). Truly, I enjoyed this meal and am looking forward to having the leftovers. I will definitely order again!

Overall the food was tasty. The pounded yam was delicious. I will say that the Peper Soup(Goat or Fish or Chicken) with fish looked nothing like the picture and what I've had at other restaurants. It was literally just a piece of fish in broth, nothing else. The broth was quite tasty but not worth $26 :-). Still, I want to try some of their other dishes so I will order again.
