Spicy chicken and BP were amazing as usual, but employees failed to include requested condiments, silverware and napkins....as usual. Still delicious.

You can never get the same item done the correct way!! The buns (especially the bottom bun half) is usually HARD because they are keeping the buns to close to the grill and the heat hardens the bun!! They are NOT putting enough cheese on the baked potatoes!! They are ONLY putting at best a 1/2 a teaspoon of cheese on the potatoes!! And if you ask for EXTRA cheese, they CHARGE for it and you STILL do not get extra cheese!! So you are wasting your money by paying for extra cheese!! The WENDYS on EAST SIDE FRANKFORT ON VERSAILLES RD. is VERY INCONSISTENT with their food!! Plus, their MANAGERS are very rude!! It's hit or miss all the time!! Also, if you order a FROSTY, make sure to tell them to NOT prepare it until the dasher is there to pick it up!! If you don't, you will get a VERY melted down mess!!

I order 2 Baconator® Combos a butter and chive potato my potatoe was old and rubbery un eat able burgers not done. that was 28.00 wasted thanks Wendy's I ordered zaxbys and they were DELICIOUS THE HOT ITEMS WERE HOT AND THE COLD ITEMS WETE COLD I also got straws utensils napkins and was unbelievably happy. thanks Wendy's
