sandwiches are way smaller than they should be for $13. light on meat, and very heavy handed with the toppings. it felt like I was eating a hot pepper sandwich

I have had many a salad from other restaurants but Potbelly's is the best. Also love their Roast Beef sandwich and Vegetable Soup.

I've had better from the store chain, first time ordering from this location. This time the bread tasted stale and there was barely any cheese.

The salad was overstuffed in the container and they did not remove the ingredients that I asked to be removed.
Side note: if you're not into mushy textures, pick another salad from here.

the salad was revolting. not as advertised, plain walnuts, mushy cheese, bits of apple core, all hidden under enormous strips of greenery.
