Shah's is awesome. Their food is consistently delicious and a good value. It is my go to halal take-out. Typically, I get the chicken & lamb combo with 2 falafel on the side. The left overs heat up well. I recommend getting a few little sauces to try. My favorites are hot, white, and green. I introduced Shah's to people who never had halal food before and they liked it too.

This place always give a lot (more meats than rice and right balance of sauces), the commack one. And so tasty, especially the french fries. So thick and crunchy. It's fresh and I've already ordered several times from here. Other ones near my home, not this much good.

I love their food but did they raise prices recently? I usually get a regular chicken and rice and it's about 14 dollars. Now I see it's 18-19. Their food is top notch and the people who work at the commack location are truly great people. I think I'm going to wait till the price comes down though to come back.

Nuggets taste like crap and over cooked. Shawarma also excessively cooked and burned, no sauce in it. It was combination of burned tortilla, dry chicken and slapped with cheapest quality pickles!
Very unhealthy food. They should take down these items from their menu

I order from this place a few times a month. White sauce & hot sauce amazing but the green sauce out of this world. And the crispiest wings and fries!
