Usually a big fan of Firehouse but I tried the Steak and Cheese Melt and was disappointed, more veggies than meat portion wise and bread was hard. Wish I got jersey Mike's over this with how bad this was

This place is expensive, but it beats other sub places every time. Plus, they have delicious garlic bread - it really surprises me other sandwich places don't have garlic bread since they're supposed to be making their own bread!
I'm a repeat customer here now because of how good this place is.

The best sandwich shop! Using garlic bread for the sammie is such a great idea and delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the portion was generous. Way more meat and other toppings were applied than Subway ever does.

This is my dinner & tomorrow's lunch... literally. I live in Hawthorne, so by the time my sandwich 🥪 gets here, it's Luke warm. Nevertheless, once I pop half into the microwave for 10 seconds, it comes right back. And tomorrow I'll pop the other half in for 30 seconds & BAAM, it's on & eating tasting 😋 just like I just brought it. That's [great] QUALITY!

All of the food was good. I would purchase again. The only thing that was not satisfactory was how largethe onions were in the potato soup. Also way too many jalapeños in the mac n chees and no bacon like requested. I mean the jalapeños probably took up halfthe mac n cheese container.
