No idea why they get so low ratings. I think it just depends on who is preparing the food. The wings are crispy, high quality, and thick/plentiful. The funnel fries amazing and perfectly soft on the inside and crispy out. I will be buying way more from here in the future.

We are super fans of this place! The chicken is fantastic and we absolutely love their sweet samurai sauce and they make sure there is plenty of sauce! Thier onion rings are amazing too. Our orders are always quickly delivered as well as correct. Thanks!

The boneless wings are a good size and they use a lot of sauce. I recommend their boneless wings over any other wing place. My favorite is the Smokin Q sauce.

I got 2 6 Piece Boneless with different sauces that came in the same container if they both had been non spicy it wouldn't have been an issue but one was teriyaki the other buffalo. The Jumbo Flavor Fries were dry and no flavor on them. The normal Jumbo Fries were over cooked too. This place is hit or miss this time was definitely a miss.

Sauces ended up mixing in the container because they put on so much sauce! Definitely not dry, huge boneless wing and great flavor combination in the end.
