I ADORE the Beyond Bratwurst--it's the best vegetarian brat I have ever had (and luckily its super close!) Fassler is always extremely quick on doordash and provides all the extra mustards and sauces I love.
Pro tip: make it Chicago Style and enjoy!

Kind of expensive, but we really don't have much German food in town and this always hits the spot for us! The mushroom gravy with the Pork Schnitzel Entree is next level and the spatzel always hits. Eat the Pretzels fast, they get tough when they cool off, but genuinely 10/10 when they're hot and fresh. Chili Cheese Dog was also quality, but a little expensive for the size.

Wow. The food arrived so hot! I had to let it cool down to eat it. The duck fat fries are so decadent without being over the top. The Chicken Schnitzel Entree was SO CRISPY and the mushroom gravy was creamy and mushroom heavy, which is what I expect from a mushroom gravy. I haven't tried the sweet potato spatzel? yet because I am so full from the other two items. I am definitely ordering here again.

I've never been to Fasler Hall nor the Howdy Burger stand alone restaurant, so having the ability to order from both at the same kitchen inside Fasler is cool & close to my work today. The Howdy Burger was amazing and really good for the price, will absolutely order that again. The spaetzel seemed like greasy blobs with a hint of Parmesan sprinkled on top, ZERO sweet potato flavor, and not much of any other flavor at all. I really didn't know what it was, but it's definitely not worth $4, I'll get fries or something else next time. Also, I hit the button to request plastic utensils and didn't get any, didn't even get a single napkin... I'm annoyed. Overall I'm ordering again but with a different side.

The mushroom gravy was the star of the show! Hands down. The worst part? There wasn't enough. There could never be enough. Thick and chunky, it made everything work. I did get a few bites that were too salty, but I suspect it was from the fries. A few bites of the bread pudding were too salty, too, but that Bavarian cream was to die for and really rounded it out.
