• 6/7/26I got one of the Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag and the hamburger is so over cooked and dried out and not edible. As is the crispy chicken sandwich all dried out. All the burgers are dried out we got a Dave's double and a single and they meat is dry as hell as well.

• 11/20/25I recently placed an order through DoorDash, paid for it myself as a regular customer (I am NOT a Dasher and I do not get paid by DoorDash). Since I was already nearby, I decided to pick up my order in person.
When I arrived, my order was missing the Baconator, so we went inside to politely ask about it. Instead of helping, the cashier accused us of being “scammers” and said we were picking up a DoorDash order for payment, which is absolutely untrue. I was shocked and embarrassed by how we were treated.
I am a paying customer, and I expect to be treated with respect. Mistakes happen, but calling customers scammers is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue and trains staff better so other customers don’t experience the same disrespect.

• 11/10/25these fries were supposed to be Baconator Fries.. they came in a salad bowl & theres no bacon let alone barley any cheese. there cold. i work at a wendys & never have i seen an employee not care about the food that they sell. i also ordered 3pc Tenders & they are supposed to be fresh. they are hard & not anywhere near fresh. i would not recommend ordering maybe these items or in general maybe this fast food chain.
