I called BR ahead to ensure they had the pre-packed quarts I wanted to order. I'd suggest doing this to avoid cancellation fees, etc in the event they're out of stock. The man working was extremely nice, checked stock and offered to hold them for me. I quickly got off the phone and placed my order. Overall, I'm very impressed w their service and the ice cream is always amazing. The plain chocolate is far superior to any store bought. Rich and creamy w the perfect chocolate flavor made using Dutch cocoa. I can't recommend it enough!

The scoops of ice cream in my 3 Scoop Sundae and Banana Royale were not even full scoops. They were definitely kid scoops. The scoops in my double scoop were normal sized and larger than the sundae scoops.
For the amount you pay for the 3 Scoop Sundae and Banana Royale, you should at least get a full scoop. We always order from here but will not for a while.

This was the saddest looking 2 scoop sundae I've ever seen. It looked like two mini scoops and a cherry thrown in. Of course it was very edible but just disappointed about the scoop size. We frequent this store often and when you go in the store the scoops are bigger than these. Delivered quickly and driver did a great job on delivery. Baskin Robbins failed us tonight.

The ice cream scoops in our Banana Royales were 1/2 scoops. I ordered two different flavors and one of them was practically non existent. They should do better for their customers.
