Asked for spoon, napkins but did not receive. Luckily, I always carry a swiss army knife, spoon and fork thing that my husband gave me or how would I possibly have managed? The store followed my instructions for customization. Of course you're only allowed limited customizing. I was hoping for the traditional split. 3 vanilla scoops, chocolate, pineapple and strawberry toppings. Lots of nuts, tons of whipped cream, 3 cherries at the very least. Didn't get that, but it was still very, very, very good!

My Reese's cup tasted freezer burned and thr layered cup had just a tiny bit of peanut butter on the bottom and no fudge, which is why I ordered it! And we requested spoons and napkins on all three items that weren't in the bag.

Freezer burn. 3/4 full. 2 fresh quarts (26 dollars pretty much) trashed. I've given more than enough chances. I'll never order from there again. Especially after leaving this accurate review. I understand teens are going to be teens, and they operate like teens would. Not their fault. They have always been respectful. A manager needs to show up. If I owned the place I'd show up more often.
