Bake with Saltfish is soo good and is big and not cheap on the saltfish like some other places do

This was my first tim having Roti or Doubles and oh my goodness they were delicious . The dough is so soft and buttery . I got the Goat Roti great meat to potatoe ratio . I wih I would'v had a dipping saicelike a chutney but it was amazing without it still .

Asked for pepper or pepper sauce on the side. like in a container on the side so I can measure and add it. They put it on the side INSIDE the saltfish and bake. Literally a whole side of pepper...just 1 side.
I took the first bite out of that side without knowing....
The Aloo pie dough wasn't fried all the way so it was tough and stretchy...also very dry and almost empty. The lil bit that was inside was tasty....but a spoonful wasn't enough to stuff it with.
The Roti saved the day here. Was going be 1 star until the Roti saved the day...Seasoned well. Big portion too. Glad we (me and the chef) didn't ruin it with pepper on the side (one side... inside)

The spinach was not distributed through the Veggie Roti. It was spooned in a large lump in the center of the bread. I had to take it apart and eat the dish with my fingers. I also ordered a sauce but didn't get it.
