The tomato on my spicy chicken sandwich was sour. The fries i had with my Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Meal were very soft. This is the first time ive ever had bad quality food from Chik Fil A. My sweet tea tasted bland and it seemed like it didn't have any sugar.

my sunjoy looked suspiciously yellow and over-pulped, and the cherry berry & sprite was half way gone when i got it.

This chickfil NEVER misses. The food is always hot and fresh and nothing is ever missing even all the sauces I order. 10/10

Y'all gave me a rotten Chick-fil-A Sauce packet. I opened it and a big air bubble released and there are bunch of air bubbles throughout. It smells completely fermented and it's a darker color than the other one I got (which was fresh luckily). At $24 you'd think the least you could expect is to not get spoiled food.
Also, Corporate needs to let y'all put more fries in the damn containers. That or put more people on staff per shift so individual employees aren't having to move as fast as humanly possible. Then y'all might have caught that spoiled sauce too. Or is the manager making y'all under-fill them so they don't have to order as many per truck so they can cut costs and get a bonus? Every damn time the container is half full, if you're lucky, and yet it keeps getting more expensive.

The sandwich was presented well, fries were full and everything taste as they should. The delivery was fairly quick as well.
