This is what a $9 fry is? They do not know what five guys is supposed to be like at this location. Other five guys locations, you get a bunch of fries but not at this surprise store. The fries are also burnt and not good like at other locations. Shame.

I've been a die hard fan of 5 Guys since 1999 whe I first discovered them in Virginia. I have never been disappointed until this weekend when I ordered a burger, fries, and a Coke because I wasn't feeling well. What should have been comfort food was instead barely edible. The hamburger bun was dry and I had to cut off the outside of the bun because of that. The fries were OK but there were more French fry pieces than actual fries. Finally, though it should be hard to ruin a Coke, the plastic bottle opening was brown and I discovered it had been slowly leaking air for some time because there was no noticeable carbonation left. The entire meal was disappointing and barely edible.

fries were loose and all over the bottom of the bag, leaking oil that soaked through the bag. and they were flavorless on top of that. the buns on both the hotdog and burger were disgusting. flat, tasteless and worse than the store brand buns you get at a discount grocery store. this was my first time trying 5 Bros and I was disappointingly unimpressed. considering the poor quality and flavor, this food is ridiculously over-priced.. never again...Bacon Cheese DogLittle Bacon CheeseburgerRegular Fries

As usual, the burger and fries, were cooked to perfection, and they were still hot when I got them! And unlike some places, they gave me ketchup and napkins!
