WOW- sandwich is about 30% smaller than used to be and costs more! even the requests aren't followed. VERY dissatisfied and disappointed. The value, quality, and service is rock bottom. Better off with a gas station sandwich. Even after eating that $20 sandwich, it didn't come close to taming my hunger! Tiny snack that barely had ingredients.  Will never throw my money away here again!

I always get the Sepulveda, I've gotten food from here several times. The sandwiches flavor and ingredient wise are always delicious. That being said, it seems like the toppings have gotten less over the last year or two. I don't know that the value is there for the price anymore. Also, not sure if it was just today, but the wait time is unexpectedly long. Seemed like they only had one person working. I probably wouldn't order again just based on value for the money.

Sandwiches from here are always good, just a little iffy on the high cost for each. At the moment, definitely worth the money.
