Definitely the best Thai spot in Roseville, hands down. I come from the Bay Area where we have some amazing places, so I'm glad I found Thai Peppers. Must have the drunken noodles with beef, papaya salad (medium spice, if you can handle it), and either red or yellow curry, both so good. Not to mention, the portions are big, and the restaurant never disappoints. They actually pay attention to the special comments I leave which is important especially since I have shellfish allergies. Love this place!

Everything was perfect from the thai iced tea my 10. Angel Wings were perfectly seasoned and crunchy they even separated my salad from the lettuce, so the salad would stay crunchy and everything was delicious. My new favorite place.

the 35. Pad Thai and 37. Drunken Noodles (Pad kee mao) are DELICIOUS!!!! we loved how large the portions were and how FRESH everything tasted. the 1. Chicken Satay was also amazing, the pickle they included added so much to the experience . 10/10 would come here again and again!!!!!

really disappointed in the place. really love Thai/ Lao bbq beef and this was sliced grey steak. 19. BBQ Beef - needs to be kept on skewer and seared properly after being sliced and NOT SERVED WITH VEGETABLES COVERING THE MEAT sweating it. this meat is bland, rubbery, and ridiculous to call this Thai when it spits in the face of real Thai food. My entire family has agreed to this. terrible food
the 38. Rad Nar (Gravy sauce noodles) came separate so the noodles fused together and the gravy was watery and oily if anything the noodles should've been tossed in sesame oil if being served separately and the gravy desperately needed cornstarch or some type of thickner. the flavor is bland like water and within a few minutes made me feel not great. the quality is absolutely terrible. do not order this dish.
the duck was grey and dry served in WADDED tin foil. literally as if you were to serve a dog. a few chunks of meat, in not even folded foil, but wadded up like making a fist. and disgusting. gamey, grey, and tasted old. and also less than 2 oz. for 10$. an absolute joke and robbery.
the 10. Angel Wings DO NOT say they come with glass noodles, says vegetables and garlic, which there was no garlic nor vegetables. it was just chicken stuffed with glass noodles and tasted like maggots with that texture. - if you are making and serving STUFFED WINGS don't use ground chicken and add glass noodles maybe have the filling be cilantro, chicken, onion, Thai basil and tumeric along that lines with maybe Thai chili but I cannot accept how much of a FULL bomb this place was super sad. these wings were absolutely dry and disgusting in flavor sincerely the worst thing I've ever tasted in my life
every last thing from here is terrible. their peanut sauce is dark brown and made my wife have to go to the bathroom immediately. any other sauce they are charging 1.50-4.00$ for, do not buy. these people are cheaply making this food and robbing you of better Thai experiences.
