• 1/24/26unfortunately with this ordermy tuna sub had very little tuna.as thin as you smearbutter on your bread. Firehouse has never failed me before and am assuming the sandwich artist that day was a newbie. Disappointed.

• 10/18/24waaaay to heavy with the lettuce, both on the Italian Grilled Chicken Salad and the Jamaican Jerk Turkey. Food was soggy. almost no chicken on the salad, or Turkey on the sub.

• 3/5/26my bag does not get taped shut and this very uncomfortable to eat food that i have no way of knowing if it was tampered with. this has happened every single time even when I complain everytime. unsure if I will ever order from this place again. food is delicious but it is dangerous with opened bag and food.
