I normally enjoy Twisted Root, but this time, my The Classic was undercooked and only included a skimpy piece of lettuce and a small slice of tomato. The Fried Ride was so greasy. I only enjoyed the Watermelon Tea and they only included one instead of the two that I ordered.

Good portion and The Western burger was very tasty and filling! I absolutely loved the Hand-Punched Fries. I'll probably just order fries, nothing like handmade fries.

Burger was ok, Hand-Punched Fries were ok, Fried Pickles were an atrocity, just a tip but dont put hot food in plastic containers as the steam makes everything soggy. Onion Strings were ok, top ones were crispy and the bottom ones soggy. Would try again but not take out.

Burger was dry and buns were stale; we paid $14 for shakes that were not made and delivered with our order; fries were cold. All around disappointing. We usually enjoy Twisted Root, but this was a total fail.
