my big Mac was missing. The chocolate shakes ended up being strawberry. I said I wanted one strawberry shake then and an oreo mcflury and m&m mcflurry when the washer let me know. She said the store said I couldn't change to that. I ended up with 3 strawberry shakes instead. poor customer service indeed.
