Soup was Gumbo.. Very tasty... sandwich was absolutely delicious.. The staff are very good people, friendly courteous and go above and beyond to make sure that you're taken care of.. Have eaten here many times and always have a great time when dining in..

HORRIBLE SERVICE, by "Manager Cristina!" I call to tell her that we previously ordered on Aug 15, 2026 for a fried chicken dinner, with salad bar added (we listed everything we wanted on the salad: cheddar cheese, croutons, cucumbers, eggs, tomatoes), strawberry pie and a sweet tea and everything was Great.... but, today, Sept 11, 2026, when I -reordered- the SAME exact thing, we got a CUP of salad with nowhere near what we got last time and we paid EXTRA for this!
This 'manager' listens to me explaining (what I just wrote) and replies "I just got to work, I don't know what you received, we just did a shift change," I told her, "Cristina, I just told you what was delivered! Is this your managing & customer service, to push blame?" Then, she proceeds to tell me to contact DOORDASH! Ha!
Total lack of empathy, service and accountability!

loaded fries had cheese and had been microwaved. microwaving cheese turns it to rubber so the item was in one big clump. Country Fried Steak Entree tasted like the oil in the fryer needed to be changed. overall dissatisfied with the meal

Burger was a burger, dip was horrible they should just take it off of the menu, fried chicken was burnt, onion rings were old, Mac and cheese is false advertising (it's boxed not baked) I fed it to the dog.

The fried pickles and the 4 ounce sirloin was good, but Caesar salad was horrible. There wasn't any chicken in my salad, parts of it were soggy, I didn't get the croutons I ordered, the taste was horrible and the dressing looked like water.
