It wasn't toasted or warmed up as requested. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the instructions have been disregarded. The Dutch crunch from Brio tasted stale. Overall, huge disappointment. These sandwiches used to be one of the best

Really small portion for a half sandwich. I used to work in the deli so I know from experience this is on the smaller side
