Food was perfectly prepared and Mark, the manager, even handled a previous issue that I had with an order and made good on making it right. Now THAT'S proper customer service! Some of these other restaurants on Doordash could take lessons from Mark. He's pleasant, listens completely before responding, and makes sure that a solution is acceptable to all involved. He is the reason that I continue to give the Ellicott City location my business.

Sodas came cold which. Is awesome, the rice was way tooo much, but the meat I got extra meat and they did listen to that, I would want a lot less rice next time, it was 70% rice especially paying for extra meat felt like a waste

I'm not sure why chipotle and places like this are like not putting enough toppings on the bowls or anything, but after like 3 bites.. my sour cream, guac and lettuce plus cheese was gone.. There should be more of an option to get another dollop or something. The NEW Churro Chips were good though.. my Create Your Own Bowl wasn't

I did the Create Your Own Quesadilla with fajita veggies, but the veggies were still pretty raw and crunchy, not the tender texture I usually find in other fajita dishes.

Everything was good, but the Chicken Protein Bowl was kind of soupy? There was a lot of liquid at the bottom and the store spilled half of it in the bag before the dasher got it since it was sealed tight. Probably better off building your own bowl than the Chicken Protein Bowl
