This crumbl location takes their time to make sure the cookies look exactly like advertised. I know not all locations do that, so 10/10. They have a great staff

We were told yesterday they were gonna have them later that night, that night we called and they said they were gonna have them in the morning so we then called them that morning and they said they ran out of the ingredients
