• 2/18/23Great bagels, not quite on par with NY Bagel and Bialy in Skokie but very close. Good breakfast sandwiches. Good cream cheese. Always well staffed and quick service. Only took away a star because prices are steep. $9 is too much for a bagel sandwich even in this economy.

• 8/5/24I ordered bagels for a company meeting and assumed upon ordering a dozen bagels that it would be a variety like other companies usually do, instead I received 12 plain bagels that tasted stale. First time using Upper Crust Bagels and I was not happy with my order at all.

• 9/24/23Ordered half a dozen full-sized bagels and they gave us mini bagels. The store also seems to not answer their phone. They're good quality bagels, but unfortunate about the lack of customer service.
