First time ordering and wasn't necessarily happy. The bread was pretty much burnt and there were like three slices of meat and half a slice of cheese on the sandwich.

I got my usual Turkey slim sandwich . Today , it was perfectly made , cut and wrapped. It really hit the spot for a light good quality lunch bite !

Got A Wreck and a meatball sub and they were the best sandwiches I've ever had. If they're consistent with the quality of those two, I'll be ordering from this shop exclusively when I want a good sandwich!

Skinny Sandwich was on thick bread. Cookies were broken based on packaging. I really like the way Potbelly secures their bag & wraps shakes and places in the bag so it isn't hand carried separately by the driver.
