My order was prepared correctly. it was larger than expected & it was very tasty. I will order from here again.

The Lear in the burgers had no flavor. Tasted lik water. The potato salad was good but neither burger was worth it. The cake is banana bread. Not very candy. Just dense. It was great the first time we ordered. Not this time. e

I ordered a BEAR BURGER W/ CHEESE & BACONble burger and got a single Pattie with no bacon. I called the door dash no one answered and the restaurant and they said to take it up with door dash. I asked if they check the orders cause my order was wrong and he stated talk to door dash to get money back. I guess I paid for something and got whatever was left.

Disappointed and misled.
I ordered from Bear’s Big Burgers & Wings expecting a standalone burger spot, not realizing it’s a sister kitchen of TooJay’s, which was not disclosed. Had I known that upfront, I never would’ve ordered.
The food was extremely low quality for the price. The burgers were bland, poorly seasoned, & honestly barely a step above fast food. Definitely not worth the $50+ I spent.
I feel deceived by the lack of transparency, & the food did not come close to matching the price point or expectations set by the name, nor even matched the ingredient description. Arugula for example is NOT the same as lettuce. Won’t be ordering again.
