the food is okay, always tastes like it has been sitting in a warmer for a bit, but they also don't like to read the requests. we ordered 2 baconators with no american cheese but there was cheese on both and not for the 1st time.

did not put condiments for Chili hot sauce or sour cream. I ordered the Bacon Double Stack and it literally only has 1 hamburger Pattie on the hamburger. and 1 piece of bacon. not impressed. disappointing.

Everything was cold. The fries are always cold, even when we pick them up. I always pop them in the air fryer. They forgot items added. When I reported that they forgot my bacon, it said they items were weighed as "correct."
Yeah, because they added SOOO much sauce, it probably weighed as much as adding bacon. It was very messy. I had to clean half of it off. Sometimes, they do such a good job, and others, honestly, we are so disappointed.

All our nuggets were over cooked. We were missing an order of 4 piece nuggets. All the bacon was over cooked and almost black. The fries look like they are from lunch. We usually love eating there but was not impressed with this order.
