100% best birrias i have ever eaten!!! THE SAUCE??????? dont even get me started!!! THE MEAT???? hands down it was so soft. the shell of the birria was not too crunchy nor too soft! def recommend if you ever wanna try mexican food! overal i really loved the sauce! highly recommend getting some side of chips with this, really loved it!!!! ordering again

Mariachi's is delicious. Many of their items are the best on Kauai. Their carnitas is fantastic - perfectly flavored and crisped on the grill - the plate is my favorite, but it can be had in any of their delicious items. Mariachi's refried beans are also as good as it gets. Yum.

Ordered chicken enchiladas suizas. The menu said it came with only chicken inside, but it was actually mostly onion, bell pepper, and celery inside. There was very little chicken. I absolutely hate onions so I couldnt even eat it. The menu should state exactly what is in the food. Money down the drain.

Good food and tasty. The only thing I'd say is that the rolled taquitos are small but still delicious. The 5 street tacos come with guacamole and tomatoes instead of the onions and cilantro again still delicious.

Food tasted great but was missing a lot of food . Missing chicken  relleno. Also ordered mahi relleno and what came was dissapointing (one small strip of mahi maybe a fingers size with about one finger size pepper).. guessing they knew order was wrong because they put in one random fish taco to make up for it.
