Our Promise To You Our food is our pride - we have the most delicious Ukranian selections and unique flavor combinations in all of Winnipeg! Our meals ... the sense of tasty food will always be about…
Manitoba has been fortunate to have seen a good Ukrainian population here over the years. As such, I have developed into a bit of a perogy snob. (despite not being Ukrainian.)
Kozak Food never disappoints. This stuff is the closest your going to get to a Ukrainian wedding social (best meal on the planet, highly recommend you try one if you have the opportunity).
The perogies and cabbage rolls are the best I've had in the city in awhile. I've tried some of the other dishes, cherbureky, ham sausage, meatballs... It's all great/amazing
But their perogies and cabbage rolls are kinda perfect (ime). and that's the real important part to me. I don't have Ukrainian relatives, so I need a place like Kozak food.

The Sampler plate was awesome. Very tasty and filling. I made the mistake of eating half a bowl of borscht first and was too full to eat more than half of the sampler plate. Very tasty vegetarian borscht. Good value for your money, if you're hungry for tasty food. 😋

I have ordered from here for many years The food is always fresh and tasty. Never disappointed. The chicken Kiev is juicy and flavorable. Portion very goood size and like the variety of mixed vegetables. Love the Vegetable Salad. Could eat it everyday. Perogies tasty , love the borscht, and the krustyki just like baba made. And the perishky another guilty pleasure. Thanks Lisa and your team.

I never get tired of giving Kozak a review. When you dealing with health issues can be challenging some days to cook. With the cost of everything when ordering food in you want to call a place you can trust. That is Kozak food. The quality of the food is always fresh, delicious and you always know what you are going to get. So many selections, choices of portion sizes to fit your budget. Ordering from Kozak is like calling home - Mom or Baba coming to the rescue Thank you again for being the great people you are. I am already start to feel better:)
