The entire bowl was awful! Dry and the rice was served in one big lump. I paid extra for avacado and got two pieces of it! If you want better medi food order from Mezah in apex!

Cava is still delicious as always but the amount of food is nowhere near worth the cost. $16 each for grain bowls that are only 1/3 full. Also ordered 1/2 rice and 1/2 lentils and only got rice.

I have noticed the portion sizes have decreased. I didn't have enough grains in my grains and greens bowl. Very poor. I was sad

Avocado was over ripe and brown. Removed it from the salad. And the portion of greens was very small. Disappointing.
