On Meatball, the meatballs were burnt and there was no sauce. And the sliced avocados on Subway Club® was either smashed avocado or guacamole, couldn't tell the sandwich was a mess.

My bacon was completely raw and my bread was so hard I couldn't even bite into it. Mind you my bread wasn't toasted.

I got a 6in Chicken & Bacon Ranch  bread was so tough like they microwaved it way too long!!!!  It was awful. Lesson learned for sure.

theyve been open for only 1 hour but somehow they didnt have provolone cheese or chocolate chip cookies. i dont understand how they cant have items in stock first thing in the morning. but they are often out of chocolate chip cookies. wish they would do something to prepare better.
