Portions are a good size and the flavor is unmatched!! The oxtail gravy over white rice is so good and the beef patty's are always super fresh!! The staff is great! Customer service 10/10 food 10/10

I loved this! Brown Stew Chicken Dinner the flavors and spices were there without overpowering the dish. The chicken fell off the bone. The serving was good value and everything tasted homemade fresh. I will order this again.

I ordered brown stew snapper and they brought me escovitch. With 2 small plantains on the side (got more previously). The other time I ordered caramel cake and they gave me rum cake (when I don't drink). Their issue is the lack of communication when they need to make changes to your order. They assume they know what you will want next. Give me what I paid for or have the decency to ask how to compensate for it. Aside from the cake, the escovitch was so bland and just had carrots everywhere. Please call and ask your customers what they want when you have to make changes!

It was my first time trying Kingston Grill and I'm glad that I did!!
The Beef Patty was a great portion and seasoned just right--not too spicy but has a little kick.
The Jerk Chicken Sandwich was the item I was anticipating the most and I honestly appreciate how they didn't drown the sandwich in sauces, but let the good honest flavor of the chicken carry through the sandwich. The crunch of the veggies helped to bring a nice contrast as well!!
Can't wait to try more of your menu items :)
