Totally enjoyed the beef chow fun! Good amount of beef. The combination chow mein was a hit. Will continue to frequent Shang Noodles & Chinese!

Excellent quality! Tasty food. Plan on ordering again and again! Loved the lychee 梦幻星河荔枝特饮 The Galaxy Lychee Drink ! I like that you can adjust the sugar/sweetness. The 左宗堂 🌶General Tsao's dish was amazing!

木耳鱼片 Wood Ear Mushroom Fish is yummy. Freshly made and generous portion. Would order again. 柚子绿/红茶 Iced Yuzu Honey Green/Black Tea & 荔枝绿/红茶 Iced Lychee Green/ Black Tea would have been better if not so strong and bitter. I guess it was steeped too long.

Always love the freshness, speed, professionalism, and warmth of Shang Noodle & Chinese in Evanston! As someone who deeply misses the amazing meals in China while here in the States, Shang is my go to for comfort meals - never disappoints and is always super quick with serve，whether delivery, pickup, or dine-in. 感谢！

For Chinese take out, these are some of the smallest portions I've seen in a while. The food is okay. General Taos chicken is good, would have liked spicy, but the restaurant doesn't allow customization or preferences. Potstickers and crab wontons were good, but again, portions on the smaller side for what you're paying. 什锦炒面 House Chow Mein were probably the most unappetizing for me and tasted like they went wayyy overboard on the pepper...it was literally just pepper flavored noodles. Pretty mid nonetheless.
