A bit disappointed that the Turkknife sandwich only had 2 pieces of the crispy jalapeño especially since the price increased from when I ordered it in March. Last time I ordered this it had a good handful on top which gave the crispy effect. Kinda hard to get that with two strips of jalapeño.

Got two Pick Two Tray and paid extra for brisket on one and pork belly on the other. Only got two slices of brisket and the pork belly was just bacon with sauce. The burnt ends option only had four pieces. Way over priced for the amount given.

I grabbed these dishes to-go, and WOW—Char Bar absolutely delivered. The portions were huge, the flavors were even better, and the BBQ had that perfect balance of smokey and sweet with a mild heat that sneaks up on you in the best way.
But the real game-changer? The fried pickle. One bite and I was sold on the entire meal.
Coming from the South, we’re notoriously picky about our BBQ—but Char Bar impressed me enough that I’ll be back on my next trip. If you’re debating trying it… stop debating and go. Your taste buds will thank you!

Today order was questionable. Usually anything I order is delicious. Today was not so great. Forgotten bbq XO Sauce. Maybe it au ju I dont know. But there was no bbq sauce for anything. The pork belly was over done and crunchy versus chewy hich was okay but no okay. My jar of pickles was a container. Baked beans were good as always.
For 9$ it was 3$ of pudding....
