Gyoza was crispy and soft in all the right places. Food was hot and Chees Wonton was just enough filling. Great evening snack!

Did not receive side salad or soup with one of our entrees ( Unagi Don) and Soft Shell Crab appetizer was very small and slightly overcooked. The one side salad that we did get was brown and all core.
This is usually our favorite spot in Leavenworth. Tonight was very disappointing.

Received only 5 pieces of nigiri when description says 6. Cucumber in the California roll tasted off, like it was starting to rot. Rice was seasoned horribly. Two of the 5 pieces of nigiri were the same fish (looked like yellowtail tuna) and tasted like they had been soaking in muddy water. They also had a horrible chewy texture. I've only had that texture in squid or octopus and this definitely wasn't either. I have NEVER had sushi taste like muddy water anywhere in my life, this was definitely a first. The white tuna/white fish wasn't awful, but definitely wasn't very fresh. The only really passable items were the single piece of salmon nigiri and the miso soup.

Previous orders were much better than this one. Unfortunately, the quantity was small considering the price, the steak was overcooked and cold (I ordered it rare), and the shrimp were chewy - all indicating that the meal sat way too long before delivery. Paid for the express delivery option (under 30 minutes), but the targeted delivery time wasn't met (got it in just under an hour). As I've had meals here before that met expectations, I'd like to think today was a one-off. I'd be disappointed with how today went at any price, but especially at the price paid.

Delicious and Authentic Beef Teryaki!! The sushi rolls have really great flavor, balance and texture. Overall wonderful and unique dining experience. I will be returning often.
